Located in the Niakwa Country Club, Provence Bistro is a premier French restaurant that is open to public dining, Country Club members, and hey-- weddings. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is impeccable. Having been there for a staff dinner once, I can only being to explain the amazing palate-pleasing selections off their menu.

Almost all wines are stored in temperature and humidity controlled cabinets. Decanting is highly recommended and the waiters are very knowledgeable of the wines and food pairings. We currently have half of our servers enrolled in sommelier programs to expand their love of wine.
On their website they also have a pdf of their current wine list. They also have the option to make an online reservation.
One of their specials is the 'Three Course $39.00 Menu' in which you are offered an appetizer, entree and dessert for $39.00. The menu changes every month so take a look at their website or sign up for their e-mail newsletter.
